A 12" size chocolate mango cheese layer cake ordered by Pn Ros, my very loyal customer. She wanted a simple deco on the cake, so i came up with this idea. I used fresh cream for the topping and decorated with red and pink sugar flowers. This cake weight about 3.5kg.
